discipline of “fasting” from other meetings, running, shopping,
recreation, TV, and other activities for four (4) days.

LUNCH with PASTOR STAFFORD FREDERICK AT HOSS’S of West York – Sunday, October 12. All day Sunday is a fundraiser for York & Adams Counties Prison Ministries at Hoss’s of West York—also a time to gather for great food & fellowship for Sunday lunch. Please use the Hoss’s email or card when ordering. If you do not have either, please see Emily & Mark Lipsitz for your cards & emails. Hoss’s of West York hours: Sunday, 11 am – 8 pm.
$100 DOLLAR BILL NIGHT – Tuesday
It was while cleaning up after a Tuesday night at church at REVIVAL in 1995 that a crumpled $100 dollar bill was
found in the dining area. No one claimed the bill so it was received as a mysterious, miraculous offering towards our
REVIVAL MISSION OFFERING. Every year since then, on Tuesday of REVIVAL week several $100 gifts have been
received in a loaves & fishes miracle of stewardship joy!
CHILD CARE
Our nursery will be staffed to care for your little ones (ages 5 and under) each evening.
REVIVAL MISSION OFFERING:
York & Adams County’s Prison Ministries: ACPM works with local churches to serve inmates incarcerated at the Adams County Adult Correctional Complex and their families. Partners with the ACACC in providing and supervising paid professional staff and volunteers to promote the spiritual life of inmates seeking a personal relationship with God.
YCPM wants to see inmates become growing disciples of Christ. This means reaching them with the gospel and helping them learn how to grow their relationship with Christ. YCPM wants to work with them while they are in YCP and connect them to churches on the outside.
OUR REVIVAL 2025 EVANGELIST:
Pastor Stafford Frederick comes to us from Moyock, NC. Prior to Moyock, he pastored with the Church of the Nazarene on the island of Trinidad. He was Resident Director Mid America Nazarene College, 1980-82.
After moving to the USA, he became ordained through the Church of the Brethren. He served as pastor of Olathe Church of the Brethren, KS from 1987 to 2000. From 2000 until retirement in 2016, he was pastor of the Summerdean C.O.B. in Roanoke, VA. He was a member of the General Board of C.O.B., representing the Western Plains Dist.
Pastor Stafford is a credentialed minister with Covenant Brethren Church. He recently served on the Exec. Board of the Covenant Brethren Church.
Pastor Stafford has been married to his wife, Linda for 46 years. They have a daughter, Dawn, who resides in Virginia Beach, VA with her husband and two children.
Education: Ministerial Diploma from Nazarene Theological College on the island of Trinidad. Bachelor of Arts & Masters of Arts in Religion from Eastern Nazarene College; Masters of Religious Education from Nazarene Theological Seminary. Studies in Substance Abuse Counseling from Kansas City Comm. College. Doctor of Divinity from Caribbean Nazarene College, Trinidad.
